IRONMAN 70.3 New Zealand
ANZCO Foods IRONMAN 70.3 New Zealand is staged alongside the legendary IRONMAN New Zealand event. Discover nature's ultimate playground with a pristine freshwater swim, countryside bike and stunning lakefront run.
Mount Monster 5km Beach Run
Developed in 2012, the Mount Monster is New Zealand's most prestigious surf lifesaving endurance race.
Athletes from across NZ gather each December on Mount Maunganui's Main Beach for their chance to race on one of the most spectacular coasts. You'll be inspired by the terrain but also challenged by the running, swimming, ski paddling and board paddling, with a few fears tested by the iconic rock jump. Whether competing in a team or as an individual, lifeguards use this event to become fitter, faster and more skilled, as they hunt Mount Monster glory.
Keri Keri Half Marathon
This Half Marathon is an iconic feature on the Northland events calendar. Starting in Okaihau the 21.1km course makes its way through rolling countryside to finish in the centre of town at the Kerikeri Domain.
The race is largely downhill, so good for a PB, and perfect if you're new to running and ready to step up from a 5k or 10k to your first half.
Queenstown Half Marathon
Easy running on a mainly flat course, with a few undulations to keep it interesting. The course offers a unique mix of running terrain, with 70% of the course on smooth hard packed trails and 30% on road.
The course takes in the best highlights of the region including Millbrook, Arrowtown, Arrow River, Lake Hayes, Old Shotover Bridge, Twin Rivers trail, Lake Wakatipu and Queenstown Gardens.
Auckland Marathon
The Barfoot & Thompson Auckland Marathon course runs from Devonport on Auckland's North Shore, through Takapuna to the Smales Farm Bus Station where it joins the Busway southbound to the Auckland Harbour Bridge. After crossing the bridge, the course takes in Westhaven Marina, the Viaduct Harbour (the halfway mark), before heading out along Auckland City's waterfront. This section of the course is an out and back, with the turn point being in St Helier's Bay. The return leg follows the same course back to the Viaduct Harbour for a finish at Victoria Park. The first half of the course is best described as "rolling" while the second half, other than two small road bridges, is flat.
Taupo 70km Ultra
Join us for an epic event that showcases the very best of what the Great Lake Taupō region has to offer: expansive lake views, rugged mountains, mighty rivers, pristine waterfalls, and untouched native New Zealand bush.
Though we are an ultra event we realise everyone has to start somewhere and offer distances to suit those experiencing the early stages of endurance-event fever. Get in there!
Yunca Junior Tour of Southland
